The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter, the Terms) is to govern access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Terms, the Website means: the external appearance of the screen interfaces, both static and dynamic — that is, the navigation tree; all elements built into both the screen interfaces and the navigation tree (hereinafter, the Content); and any online services or resources offered to Users (hereinafter, the Services).

BCN Láser reserves the right to change the presentation and configuration of the Website and of any Content and Services it may include, at any time and without prior notice. The User acknowledges and accepts that BCN Láser may at any time suspend, disable or cancel any of these elements, or access to them.

The User undertakes to respect BCN Láser's intellectual and industrial property rights. The relationship between the User and BCN Láser shall be governed by the legislation in force in Spain. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties shall submit it to the ordinary courts, before the judges and tribunals having jurisdiction under the law.
