What happens before coming to the center?
Before your first visit you can ask us anything you want. We respond to you by WhatsApp and help you choose the areas.
The first visit includes a consultation with diagnosis, without obligation. If your case is not suitable, we will tell you before starting.
How do I get to Provença 154?
The center is between Comte d'Urgell and Villarroel. The entrance has no steps.
- Metro L5 Hospital Clínic, Villarroel exit: 3 minutes walk.
- FGC Provença: 11 minutes away.
- Metro L1 Urgell: 13 minutes.
What time can I come?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 20:00. Saturday, 9:00 to 12:00, by appointment only.

What do we do on the first visit?
We start with the consultation and diagnosis, without obligation. We explain everything to you and adapt the treatment to your case.
If you have blonde, very light or gray hair, we will assess it during that visit, before you pay anything.
If you have tattoos, please let us know when booking. We work around the tattoo, never on top of it.
Do I have to sign something before coming?
If this is your first time, please sign the consent form from My Profile before arriving. You enter with your mobile phone and a code that you receive via WhatsApp.
How do I prepare for the appointment?
Shave the area with a razor or hair removal cream between 24 and 48 hours beforehand. No wax or tweezers.
Come with clean skin, without creams, oils or deodorant on the day of the session.
